Driving Licences are isssued by the DVLA and you can get an appplication form (D1) from any Post Office.

You should be able to read a number plate at a minimum distance of 20.5metres (approx 67feet)
If you need glasses, you must wear them whenever you drive.
Driver's Record
Avenue Driving Instruction will provide you with a starter pack which will include your Personal Driver's Record. This is a form provided by the DSA which contains a list of the KEY SKILLS you will need to achieve in order to pass your test and become a safe driver. Please try to remember to bring this to each lesson so that your Instructor can record your progress.
Lesson Structure
Lessons will be carried out according to the DSA syllabus.
Each lesson will be carried out at a pace that suits your capabilities
How Many Lessons Will You Need
The number of lessons you will need will often depend on your abilities, dedication and how often you take your lessons. Pupils who take more than one lesson per week generally require fewer lessons overall. However, we will assess this as you progress.
Avenue Driving Instruction hope to make your lessons relaxed and enjoyable.
Our ultimate aim is to teach you safe driving for life
